Training
KD Construction, Inc. believes in working to our full potential through continuing education. Employees are always encouraged to attend training that will better their work performance. Classes range from an in-house 10-week Superintendent Training course to Quality Control Management. Additionally, all new hires attend formal Orientation, as well as OSHA 10 and American Heart Association First-Aid/CPR courses.
